Allsvenskan Correct Score Stats: Sweden's Most Common Scores
Across 3,110 Allsvenskan matches, the scoreline map is tighter at the top than most bettors expect, and the away side's wide wins are far rarer than the home side's.

Swedish football gets priced like a coin toss with snow on it, and I wanted to know whether the final scores agree. So I took every Allsvenskan match with a recorded final score from 2012 to 2024, 3,110 matches in all, and counted how each one finished.
The short answer: 1-1 is the most common score at 11.8%, a fair price of 8.50, followed by 2-1 at 8.5% and 1-0 at 8.2%. My correct score betting tips page is where I apply this match by match. Here I want the league-wide shape first, because without that baseline you have nothing to compare a price against.
Chapter 1Allsvenskan goals cluster in a tight low-scoring corner
Read the grid with home goals down the side and away goals across the top. The darkest squares sit in the top-left corner, where both teams score once or twice, and the colour fades quickly once either side reaches three. Draws of any score made up 25.2% of matches, so roughly one game in four finished level.
The edges of the grid matter too. The home team failed to score in 22.1% of matches and the away team in 29.9%. One side scored four or more goals in 12.0% of matches, and the home side did that more than twice as often as the visitors, 8.2% against 3.9%.

| Away 0 | Away 1 | Away 2 | Away 3 | Away 4+ | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Home 0 | 6.6% | 7.5% | 4.5% | 2.3% | 1.2% |
| Home 1 | 8.2% | 11.8% | 8.0% | 2.7% | 1.4% |
| Home 2 | 7.4% | 8.5% | 5.8% | 2.2% | 0.9% |
| Home 3 | 4.9% | 4.6% | 2.1% | 1.0% | 0.4% |
| Home 4+ | 2.8% | 2.9% | 1.9% | 0.5% | 0.1% |
For me this sets the tone. The Allsvenskan is not a goal-fest, but it is not a shut-out league either. The middle of the grid does most of the work.
Chapter 2Ten scorelines cover nearly three quarters of all matches
The table turns the grid into prices. 1-1 landed in 366 matches, a fair price of 8.50, and its 95% range of 10.7%โ12.9% is narrow enough that I treat it as a stable figure rather than a lucky streak. Behind it, 2-1, 1-0, 1-2, 0-1 and 2-0 are packed close together, with fair odds running from 11.78 to 13.52.
Together the ten most common scores covered 73.2% of matches. Everything else, the 3-3s and 4-2s and oddities, came in 26.8% of the time, a fair price of 3.73. A goalless 0-0 finished 205 games, which is 6.6% and a fair 15.17.
| Score | Matches | Share | 95% range | Fair odds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1-1 | 366 | 11.8% | 10.7%โ12.9% | 8.50 |
| 2-1 | 264 | 8.5% | 7.5%โ9.5% | 11.78 |
| 1-0 | 255 | 8.2% | 7.2%โ9.2% | 12.20 |
| 1-2 | 248 | 8.0% | 7.0%โ9.0% | 12.54 |
| 0-1 | 233 | 7.5% | 6.6%โ8.4% | 13.35 |
| 2-0 | 230 | 7.4% | 6.5%โ8.3% | 13.52 |
| 0-0 | 205 | 6.6% | 5.7%โ7.5% | 15.17 |
| 2-2 | 180 | 5.8% | 5.0%โ6.6% | 17.28 |
| 3-0 | 152 | 4.9% | 4.1%โ5.7% | 20.46 |
| 3-1 | 143 | 4.6% | 3.9%โ5.3% | 21.75 |
| Any other score | 834 | 26.8% | 3.73 |
One honest caveat, and I mean it: these are league-wide numbers. The fair price of an exact score in a given fixture depends heavily on the two teams involved, so I use this table as a reference point, not as a price for any specific match.
Chapter 3Home teams win by two or three far more often
This is the chart I find most useful. Each row pairs a home-win score with its away mirror. The one-goal margins are nearly level: 1-0 landed in 8.2% against 7.5% for 0-1, and 2-1 in 8.5% against 8.0% for 1-2.
The gap opens as the margin widens. 2-0 came in 7.4% against 4.5% for 0-2, and 3-0 in 4.9% against just 2.3% for 0-3, which is 152 games against 73. 3-1 shows the same pattern, at 4.6% against 2.7% for 1-3.
View the data: home-win scores vs the same away-win score
| Home win score | Mirror away win | |
|---|---|---|
| 1-0 vs 0-1 (255 vs 233 matches) | 8.2% | 7.5% |
| 2-0 vs 0-2 (230 vs 139 matches) | 7.4% | 4.5% |
| 2-1 vs 1-2 (264 vs 248 matches) | 8.5% | 8.0% |
| 3-0 vs 0-3 (152 vs 73 matches) | 4.9% | 2.3% |
| 3-1 vs 1-3 (143 vs 85 matches) | 4.6% | 2.7% |
| 3-2 vs 2-3 (66 vs 67 matches) | 2.1% | 2.2% |
In match flow terms, away sides in Sweden nick narrow wins about as often as home sides do, but they rarely run away with a game. Once the margin reaches two, the home advantage shows clearly. At 3-2 against 2-3 the two are dead level, at 2.1% and 2.2%.
Chapter 4Narrow wins hold steady while draws swing between seasons
The season lines show how much any single year can drift. The share of 1-0 or 0-1 results ranged from 12.4% in 2016 to 19.0% in 2021, and it sat at 15.7% in 2012 and 16.3% in 2024. That line moves, but it stays in a fairly consistent band.
1-1 is more restless. It ranged from 14.5% down to 6.2% per season, with the low point in 2023, and 0-0 moved between 4.3% and 8.3%. The latest season is incomplete in the records, so I would not read much into a dip at the very end of any line.

| 1-0 or 0-1 | 1-1 | 0-0 | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2012 | 15.7% | 14.5% | 7.4% |
| 2013 | 16.5% | 12.4% | 7.4% |
| 2014 | 15.3% | 12.8% | 5.0% |
| 2015 | 15.3% | 9.1% | 7.0% |
| 2016 | 12.4% | 12.8% | 5.0% |
| 2017 | 13.6% | 11.6% | 8.3% |
| 2018 | 17.4% | 12.0% | 5.4% |
| 2019 | 14.0% | 13.6% | 7.4% |
| 2020 | 15.7% | 12.8% | 7.0% |
| 2021 | 19.0% | 12.4% | 7.9% |
| 2022 | 16.1% | 12.4% | 6.2% |
| 2023 | 16.7% | 6.2% | 7.1% |
| 2024 | 16.3% | 10.1% | 4.3% |
My takeaway is patience. One unusual season is not a new league. I anchor to the long-run figures and only adjust when several seasons point the same way.
Before you bet in this league
- Start with 1-11-1 finished 11.8% of matches, a fair 8.50 on frequency alone. If a draw price in an evenly matched fixture sits well below that, the margin is doing a lot of the work.
- Fade wide away wins0-3 landed in only 2.3% of matches against 4.9% for 3-0, so the away blowout is a genuinely thin outcome. Compare any price on it with a fair 0-3 that is far longer than 3-0's 20.46.
- Respect the 'any other' bucketScores outside the top ten came in 26.8% of the time, a fair 3.73. Spreading stakes across several popular scores still leaves roughly a quarter of matches uncovered.

Yes, mainly in the wider margins. 2-0 landed in 7.4% of matches against 4.5% for 0-2, while one-goal wins like 1-0 at 8.2% and 0-1 at 7.5% were much closer.
